attachment seems tough job for some of my friends. it's definitely not tough for me and my group mates. we are practically wasting our time away by doing nothing. though there are loads of things to be completed, i had abdicated a single task. i need to complete my lists of things by this week. i need to be disciplined. i am fasting tomorrow, honestly i cannot fast, i cannot live without water. it is close to impossible for me to wake up at dawn to have a very big meal in order to prepare our body for the suffering later in the day. still i am fasting in my own ways. whatever. please try and do more research on my fluorescent light bulbs, what size do we required?

one more thing, can i be more consistent in my crunches and having a good balanced diet. i need to remove fats, it's proven that it's the belly fat that are hiding the abs muscles.

last thing i better get some sleep now. have to wake up at seven. arh..
