training plan
i have finally indulged myself in my own training plan which i am going to follow strictly without fail. i am so proud of myself on my 1sr day training. i managed to complete three rounds around the park. ( 1 rd = 900m ) without stopping more than 100m. so glad to have brought my phone along. ((: four more days to end of 1st training plan, i persist on my training!. i am so in love with my bf's awesome bod. flat abs and slim waist. argh. what a girl wants. he still want to train it to six pacs. crazy. his six pacs are visible to hands but vague to the eyes. so what. it's still there and i LIKE it. ((: chewy. ps: prata tmr night with wan ting. woohoo. |
