having my cool down period after my jog. bad timing for my 2.4 run. i spent 18 mins running 1.9 km. the rest i walked. i kind of blame the dog. kidding. i am a lousy runner. tmr mus jiayou again. tmr's goal is 18 mins for the whole 2.4km. tweet. im going off for my bath very soon. i want to eat ice cream. yum yum. and pop corn. tweettweet. chewychewy BORED. |
