i have to admit right now at this very moment, i cheated during napfa. i cheated. i'm actually very guilty but at the least i had fun cheating napfa. i don't know why i felt that way about cheating. i cheated for 2.4km. i only ran for like 1.8km (roughly). seriously, i don't want to spill out how was the whole cheating process. the ending statement is that ms chew wei ling cheated. i'm so not very proud of it. i'm disappointed about what i had done. sho0t me.

sit ups: 35reps
pull ups: 11reps (i did it all on my own.)
broad jump: 187/186cm (i did more badly den before)
sit and reach: 47/48cm. (similar before)
shuttle run: did better but could no longer remember the timing.
the run: too ashamed to mention the timing because i cheated.

i cheated my way to get gold. can anyone just sho00t me death.

after the broadjump, i only managed to jump slightly better than suhaila and i never like show off or any like that. i didn't even said anything about my results. she kind of said sarcastic comment regarding my results.

she said," you are so much taller than me but you only jumped slighly further than me."

might be due to my sensitivity towards comments from friends which made me feel kind of upset and uncomfortable after hearing what she said. it was really hard for me to take in those words as casual remarks or even joking statement. after awhile, i gotten used to the words she used and i realised i might be jus taking her words too seriously as she meant no harm at all. sorry my lovely suhaila.
