Napfa was a goner. i managed to complete all five stations with pretty good results except my inclined pull up. i waited for two and half hours for my run and i ended my run with seventeen mins plus.

sits up - 35, pull up - 6, shuttle run - 11.3 sec, standingbroadjump - 186cm and lastly run - >17.10 min (remember seeing the number seventeen but the rest was a blur). to tabulate the results : FAIL.

i heard from the station master that if fail the run, have to redo the all the stations. i don't seem to mind redoing the rest of the stations especially my pull up. that station seriously made me looked very weak and vulnerable. as for the run, i ran like idiot on the way back to the checkpoint. i knew i was laggin far too behind, my breath was getting more and more heavy. my face got redder and redder. it was dreadful and disappointing. HA. get a grip.

i cant wait for the next napfa day. i need to train my stamina. i need to find time.!

i enjoyed today very much, although it was the usual thing. eating, lazing and watching tv. at least he was right next to me all this time and being able to lie on his shoulders was the MOST perfect thing in the world. sleeping throughout the whole day was the next best thing. ((:
