heat up claypot .then oil in
then fried mince meat till half cooked
then pour dark soya sauce n light soya sauce
then add water
then whole ting boil up le then put in corn starch
stir till thicken
then pour abit of co ing wine
then lastly tofu cut into slice n pour in
use the meat to cover the tofu n off fire n add spring onion n cover up
2min open spring onion absorb the meat taste le..ready to serve
